Toda persona que resida, trabaje o estudie en La Cruz puede inscribirse en la Salud Municipal.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. Certificado de residencia de la persona.<\/li>
  2. C\u00e9dula de identidad.<\/li>
  3. Ser beneficiario de Fonasa, Isapre, Dipreca o Capredena\u00a0

    La Cruz<\/b>, est\u00e1 comprometida con la salud y el bienestar de sus habitantes, por esto se ha convertido en un referente como <\/span>comuna pionera en la implementaci\u00f3n de la Atenci\u00f3n Primaria de Salud<\/b> (APS) Universal<\/b>. Esta reforma es un paso fundamental hacia la transformaci\u00f3n del sistema de salud chileno en un <\/span>Sistema Universal de Salud.<\/b><\/p>

    La iniciativa impulsada por el gobierno del Presidente Gabriel Boric busca <\/span>transformar al nivel primario p\u00fablico <\/b>en la principal estrategia para el cuidado de la salud de toda la poblaci\u00f3n, llegando a ser el primer punto de contacto para la atenci\u00f3n, y<\/span> en el eje articulador de la red asistencial<\/b> y de desarrollo del sistema de salud.<\/span><\/p>

    Con la implementaci\u00f3n de la APS Universal, las y los habitantes de La Cruz tienen <\/span>acceso garantizado a una atenci\u00f3n primaria<\/b> integral y de calidad<\/b>, sin importar su previsi\u00f3n de salud. Esto significa que cada persona, sin importar su condici\u00f3n, podr\u00e1 recibir <\/span>atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica preventiva, diagn\u00f3stico, tratamiento y seguimiento, promoviendo as\u00ed una mejor calidad de vida.<\/b><\/p>

    Adem\u00e1s, la APS Universal en La Cruz se enfoca en la <\/span>promoci\u00f3n de la salud y la<\/b> prevenci\u00f3n de enfermedades<\/b>, brindando a las vecinas y vecinos la oportunidad de acceder a ex\u00e1menes preventivos esenciales. Desde mamograf\u00edas y ex\u00e1menes de PAP hasta an\u00e1lisis de sangre y m\u00e1s, se garantiza el cuidado de la salud en todos los niveles.<\/span><\/p>

    La Cruz se encuentra en constante crecimiento y desarrollo. Pr\u00f3ximamente, <\/span>contaremos con una nueva infraestructura que incluir\u00e1 m\u00e1s consultorios y box de atenci\u00f3n<\/b>, lo que permitir\u00e1 ampliar la capacidad de atenci\u00f3n y brindar un servicio a\u00fan m\u00e1s completo a la comunidad<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
